How can I see my reservation made with Orangecosta?
By registering on our website, www.orangecosta.com and accessing with your password, you can see the status of your reservation, as well as check in online.
How to collect the keys?
The client will go to the indicated address of the vacation apartment rental office (Benicasim, Alcossebre or Peñíscola) that is shown in the confirmation of your reservation for the “key collection” in the detailed schedule.
What is the check-in and check-out time of the Orangecosta holiday apartments?
The time of entry to the tourist apartments is from 17:00 and departure at 10:00 in the morning.
Can I arrive before the indicated time to the tourist apartments?
If you arrive before 5:00 p.m., you must contact the corresponding office (Benicasim, Alcossebre or Peñíscola) and check the availability of the tourist accommodation one day in advance.
Can I leave the tourist apartment later than the scheduled time?
It is not possible, due to the time required to recondition the vacation home for the next client.
What must I present when checking in at the Orangecosta offices?
On the day of arrival, at the counter of our tourist apartment rental offices (Benicasim, Alcossebre and Peñíscola), the reservation holder's DNI will be requested. Likewise, for direct Orangecosta customers who have booked their vacation accommodation through our website www.orangecosta.com, the online check-in option is available.
Do I have to leave a deposit / deposit?
The bond / surety required is € 200 for possible damages. This deposit / surety will be charged by pre-authorization * with a credit card. Once the tourist apartment, villa, chalet or tourist bungalow has been reviewed, the aforementioned amount is automatically returned and unblocked.
* Pre-authorization is a block that is made on your credit card that is automatically released after 15 to 20 days from the departure of the holiday apartment. You can check with your bank the bases of the operation of this modality.
